Can you share a story of transformation you've witnessed? I take particular pride in helping my female athletes achieve their first pullup. There is a raw confidence that comes with having that type of strength and control over one’s body, and it’s quite a difficult movement for many women in general, let alone female athletes specifically. Helping young women develop that strength and confidence is an incredibly rewarding experience that will never lose its shine.
What motivates you in this industry every day? Seeing a person achieve something they never thought they could possibly do.
