What differentiates you from the competition?I operate as a broker so I have access to an extensive number of companies. This gives me the opportunity to research the best options for the client. I offer a section 125 benefit to employers and employees at no out of pocket expense.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?The fact that I can save the employer up to $900 per employee. The employee gets an additional $900 annually in their paycheck and are provided employee benefits. This is a great tool for recruitment and retention.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?I believe that any individual or business that is eligible to purchase life Insurance is a stable and firm foundation
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Getting the Celtic Financial name out there and also f meetings with business ownersace to face

How is your organization embracing digital banking trends? I dont use a lof of it as its processed thru the carrier

What strategies are you using to enhance customer trust? In terms of personally. My reputation and integrity are very important

How do you see the role of cryptocurrency evolving? I dont deal with crypto but it has certainly evolved. Not saying I wouldn’t use it but I would have to educate myself further

What are your top priorities for managing risk and compliance? As a registered representative. I am constantly taking continuing education as well as the compliance department at my broker dealer

How do you ensure financial literacy among your clients? Everytime I speak with them and we are discussing a particular investment or product. Our compliance department and myself are extremly aware of whats required

What impact is fintech having on traditional banking models? I dont deal with fintech. When money is being moved in the form of a 1035 exchange . It is processed thru the broker dealer and within finra guidelines
