What do you like best about being in this industry?The opportunity to work the a variety of different companies and their executive and management teams.
What are common problems you see?Communication, engagement, retention, empowerment and efficiency due to ineffective leadership.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?The number 1 reason why good employees leave good companies is do to poor managers or bad bosses. Proactive leadership development eliminated COLLATERAL DAMAGE caused by ineffective leadership.

How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?I am my brand. I market my self in how I project my leadership, through my leadership presence. My ability to speak in front of people. Linked In and social media.
How involved are you in the community?I support Seamark Ranch, Challenge Enterprises, the Florida Theatre and Jacksonville Children's Chorus.

What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Make sure you understand how to relate to people on THEIR terms and in ways that are most impactful to them.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Relaxing at the beach.
