How are you adapting to the shift toward online shopping? Very well, we have our own online shop.
What strategies are you using to enhance the in-store experience? To enhance our in person events, we have a complete immersion in adventure in our setup and to be honest having Whiskey in the name brings them in.
How do you handle changing consumer demands? I’d say that we are pretty nimble. When we introduce new products we make sure we have the infrastructure in place for demand.
What role does data play in your retail strategy? Huge part. Data helps us know where our demographic is and what they are thinking.
How do you manage supply chain challenges in retail? Trying to make sure that we not relying on a single company for everything and having other reliable sources.
What makes your brand stand out in a crowded market? We’re the only one! People love the idea of adventure with the reward of relaxing in hammock and enjoying a glass of whiskey to celebrate the journey.
What trends do you see shaping the future of retail? We see that there is cooling in the whiskey industry by people are still about adventure. Overlanding is becoming increasingly popular and we find a lot kindred spirits in this billion dollar industry.
