We believe this hands on consultative approach is the best way to help train the brain of corporate hiring authorities on how to access military talent properly.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?If you would shake a veterans hand and thank them for their service, why will you not pick up the phone and interview us? We would appreciate the latter over the former. Spend ten minutes on the phone with a veteran. Will make a real impact!
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Spreading the word of this unique approach. Every corporate hiring authority we speak with sees the value and wants to get in the fight for veteran talent. Our issue is informing the greater populace of this new way to find meaningful employment.
