Whether you’re starting your day with us, catching up with friends, or taking a quiet moment to yourself, we hope you feel right at home. We’re twin sisters from Florence, New Jersey, who made the move to Hendersonville, Tennessee in 1995 after signing a record deal with RCA Records. After our time in the music industry, we joined the Fire Academy and later built fulfilling careers in property management, where we’ve worked for the past 24 years. What differentiates you from the competition?Our coffee house is truly what it says. A true old house converted into a coffee house. The coffee house is warm, cozy, eclectic and very unique. We provide excellent costumer service that most coffee shops do not offer.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?We offer excellent costumer service, That goes a long way!
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?We truly thank you for supporting us and loving us.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?There are coffee houses popping up every where. Social media reach is harder than ever without paid ads. We will need to: Be consistent Be creative (stories, behind-the-scenes, customer features) Encourage user-generated content

What makes your hospitality experience unique to guests? We make each gust feel like they are in their Grandmom’s house enjoying coffee. Priceless.

How do you maintain quality and consistency across locations? We ensure we train our employees to the highest level so we set our employees up for success.
