Righteous Co.
- Industry: Consulting / Coaching
What is your approach to helping clients identify and solve key challenges? Relational ministry is something I’ve learned in my career, to meet people where they are at. It’s important to establish that relationship before we do deep work. This breaks down walls and allows for real growth in places that might have been hidden in fear or self-doubt.
How do you tailor your coaching or consulting style to different industries? We start with a big “Why?” Every industry leader has a why for what they are doing, at least should. This why becomes the reason to endure and produce. This creates a starting spot for us to work.
How do you measure the success of your client engagements? The measure of success comes from the confidence a client can claim after hitting the goals they pursue. When they begin to feel confident in the results they achieve, it shows they are growing from a place they wished to leave. That’s a success.
What’s the most rewarding part of your work? Seeing our clients in action, to come alive with vigor after moving from a place of frustration or worse. When our clients come alive, we know that is the Holy Spirit in action. I’m just happy to have been an instrument.
What skills do you think are essential for future consultants or coaches? We really have to know our people. I mean really know them. We can’t pass through one client to the next without hearing who they are, what they want, and listen to how God would like for us to move with them. It’s easy to get caught up in metrics and outcome architecture, but we have to listen exceptionally well and discern proper actions.
