What differentiates you from the competition?We start with the end in mind! And coach the entire team through the entire lifecycle of our project. Many consultants and coaches deploy, execute their program and leave. Not me and RbD! We engage in continuous reinforcing activities.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Our top selling service is our Playbook creation and workshops. When we come in and help companies set their SOP's, it provides clarity and the teams move with less friction and great confidence! The other is my Sales Rep to Sales Pro workshop.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?If I had one message to get across to future customers, it would be to invest in professional development for your teams. Another tool, AI, or any other fancy object won't make a difference if the skillset is missing.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?The biggest challenge for me will be growth!
