What differentiates you from the competition?I have worked on the agency and corporate sides in talent acquisition. I saw all the things that were broken and then decided to fix them myself and create something that no one else had done.

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Experience matters and your people matter most. If you aren't providing the best experience to the best talent out there, you aren't getting the best people.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Time. A lot of the marketing is done by me, so that is always a challenge. I plan to grow this year on social media and share tips & tricks for job seekers & hiring managers. Youtube channel is coming: The Talent Acquisition Magician
