About Nashville Children’s AllianceFounded in 1992, the Nashville Children’s Alliance (NCA) serves hundreds of child abuse survivors each year by coordinating the response between law enforcement, child protective services, prosecutors, medical professionals and other multidisciplinary team partners, collectively known as Nashville’s Child Protective Investigative Team (CPIT).
In addition to coordinating CPIT, NCA provides legally-defensible forensic interviews, family advocacy, unlimited trauma-specialized therapy, court education, prevention services, and more.
Our mission is healing and justice for children who have experienced abuse or witnessed violence, and all of NCA's services are provided at NO COST to the children and families we serve.
What differentiates you from the competition?What sets NCA apart is our state-mandated multidisciplinary team, which ensures children receive a coordinated, thorough investigation. At the same time, we provide trauma-informed care that prioritizes each child’s safety, dignity, and healing.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Funding will continually be the biggest challenge for NCA - for marketing and for ALL of our services alike. With funding cuts around the corner, we will rely on donations and grants to maintain our free services for children in need.
What is the core mission of your organization? NCA’s mission is healing and justice for children who have experienced abuse or witnessed violence.
