What differentiates you from the competition?This is my favorite question. I am not a formally trained coach. I have DONE the work and I have done it really really well. For most coaches, their primary work is coaching. When I speak, it is from experience, not theory.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Operations Audit - this is a big one. My clients are typically small businesses that are trying to scale or fix a problem. They ask me to review their infrastructure and help close the gaps. Another big one is Individual Coaching for "leveling up".
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Investing in yourself and your business is a necessity, not a luxury. A trusted thought partner can help you navigate the bridge between vision and execution. That's who I am.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Quite simply, its getting the word out. The business is new so attracting clients, or even having to attract clients, is new to me. I have always worked for others so my work was just there. Now I am out hunting and gathering on my own!
