About Leigh & Ollie, LLC DBA Hello, Hot FlashHello, Hot Flash is a podcast for women navigating perimenopause and menopause who want real answers—not dismissal. Blending science, expert insight, and lived experience, each episode helps you understand your changing body, reclaim your energy, and move through midlife with clarity and confidence. In addition, we produced a faith-centered podcast, Christian Women & Menopause, for those who want to explore this season through a spiritual lens. We also host The Change, a supportive community for midlife women seeking connection, education, and practical tools for this next chapter.
What differentiates you from the competition?POV: Midlife isn’t healed by choosing health or faith—you need both. Your symptoms aren’t just hormonal… they’re signals that God is calling you into a deeper season—something most menopause programs completely miss.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers? Our top-selling services are unique because they integrate science-based midlife education, lived experience, and community support—meeting women where they are with practical guidance, trusted experts, and a sense of belonging, not quick fixes or on
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Midlife isn’t healed by choosing health or faith—you need both. Your symptoms aren’t just hormonal… they’re signals that God is calling you into a deeper season—something most menopause programs completely miss.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Launching The Change in a way that clearly communicates how it’s different from every other midlife community and earns trust from women who are already overwhelmed and skeptical.

What trends are shaping the health and wellness industry right now? Protein consumption and habit stacking.

How do you approach holistic well-being with your clients or audience? I take a whole-person approach to well-being by addressing physical health, emotional resilience, and spiritual grounding together. We focus on practical foundations like nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management, while also helping people reconnect with their values and sense of purpose. The goal is sustainable, supportive rhythms—not quick fixes—so well-being is something they can actually maintain.

What challenges do you see in helping people sustain healthy habits? One of the biggest challenges is that many people try to change habits in isolation or rely on willpower alone. They’re often overwhelmed, dealing with stress, fatigue, or life transitions, and then blame themselves when a plan isn’t sustainable.

How do you tailor programs for different fitness or health needs? I tailor programs by meeting people where they are—considering their health history, current capacity, lifestyle, and goals. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I focus on flexible frameworks that can be adapted as needs change. This allows individuals to progress at a pace that feels supportive, sustainable, and realistic for their season of life.

What role does technology play in supporting wellness today? Technology plays a supportive role by increasing access, awareness, and consistency. It helps people track patterns, stay connected to education and coaching, and receive guidance they might not otherwise have. When used intentionally, technology supports accountability.

Can you share a story of transformation you've witnessed? I helped a client, Lyanne, shift from over-exercising and fasting to eating more consistently and training less intensely. In three weeks, she lost seven pounds and felt more energized. That shift also helped her navigate family meals with confidence—setting boundaries around food while honoring relationships.

What motivates you in this industry every day? I’m motivated by knowing that women can make lifestyle changes that truly change their lives—improving how they eat, how they move, and how they feel, often reducing the need for medications. Seeing women realize they have more control and more capacity for healing than they were told keeps me inspired every day.
