How is technology changing the classroom experience?AI being on steroids alone has made a dramatic difference in writing and analyzing copy. Organizational templates and even the creation of sales letters and defining ideal clients and messaging offices.
What challenges are educators currently facing post-pandemic?The establishment of making Christian teaching more available and acceptable in various course curricula.
How do you support student engagement and well-being?Free will and clearing misconceptions that are often based on false beliefs.
What role does equity play in your educational approach?God is an impartial God who loves each and every one of us. So all opportunities for advancement should be offered to all, in the absence of oppression or bias.
How are you preparing students for a rapidly changing world?Students actually are adults in the workplace that have already gone through some formal education process. The most important thing is for them to embrace continual learning throughout life.
Can you share an initiative that has made a real impact? My initiative that has made a huge impact is my Christianity in the Workplace message in the corporate workplace that started solely in the corporate brick-and-mortar space in 1996. It translated selling as service when having the person’s best interests in mind. Integrating that further with other faith-in-business principles that are timeless in nature and application.
What’s your vision for the future of education?Although ideally it should begin with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, I witness a general falling away and false gospel dispensation growing momentum occurring collectively, not just in America but also on a world scale.
