About Lawrence IgnaczakWelcome to Faithpreneur, where we merge faith and entrepreneurship to guide you towards success in both your business and personal journey. With over 37 years of experience in Corporate Sales and Marketing, I have had the privilege of mentoring under industry leaders such as Zig Ziglar, Tom Ziglar, Anthony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, and Brian Tracy. My journey has led me to merge faith and business, allowing me to create powerful strategies that align with values. My approach combines business acumen with faith-based principles, resulting in unique and effective strategies for your growth.
What differentiates you from the competition? In my space, it is the pure Doctrine of the Word versus the popular prosperity gospel that is being preached.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Has my unique sales process and support that differentiates from anyone else in the marketplace.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Trust God and obey God in everything you do, which includes being conformed into the image of Christ that God intends in total surrender.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?None that are specific or stick out to me. Every year grows on the other, and struggles are temporary and part of the journey.

How is technology changing the classroom experience?AI being on steroids alone has made a dramatic difference in writing and analyzing copy. Organizational templates and even the creation of sales letters and defining ideal clients and messaging offices.

What challenges are educators currently facing post-pandemic?The establishment of making Christian teaching more available and acceptable in various course curricula.

How do you support student engagement and well-being?Free will and clearing misconceptions that are often based on false beliefs.

What role does equity play in your educational approach?God is an impartial God who loves each and every one of us. So all opportunities for advancement should be offered to all, in the absence of oppression or bias.

How are you preparing students for a rapidly changing world?Students actually are adults in the workplace that have already gone through some formal education process. The most important thing is for them to embrace continual learning throughout life.

Can you share an initiative that has made a real impact? My initiative that has made a huge impact is my Christianity in the Workplace message in the corporate workplace that started solely in the corporate brick-and-mortar space in 1996. It translated selling as service when having the person’s best interests in mind. Integrating that further with other faith-in-business principles that are timeless in nature and application.

What’s your vision for the future of education?Although ideally it should begin with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, I witness a general falling away and false gospel dispensation growing momentum occurring collectively, not just in America but also on a world scale.
