What differentiates you from the competition?I worked for a lobbying firm in Washington, DC, and then as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 20 years. As a Realtor, I obtained my Seniors Real Estate Specialist Certification to help with move management.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?I once asked a customer why they chose me to be their Realtor. She said, I was "Caring, Professional, Trustworthy". I treat all of my clients with dignity and respect and work harder than anyone else to help them achieve their real estate goals.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?The biggest marketing challenge is industry-specific and in a lot of ways, outside my control. CBV has a very strong presence in NE Fl, and backed by the Coldwell Banker brand, has an international reach!
