About Hart Felt MinistriesHart Felt Ministries empowers Jacksonville's under-served and under-resourced seniors to live in their own homes safely, independently, and comfortably. Hart Felt clients are all 70 and older with an average age of 80 and have a chronic illness or disability. Hart Felt has four programs, Companionship, Fall Prevention, The Hart Fund and Transportation.
