About EBS SECURITY INC.EBS SECURITY INC. provides armed & unarmed security officers to the Jacksonville area and surrounding counties. We have worked in government contracting in other locations but our primary goal is focus locally here in our community not only to provide security but also give back to our community. EBS works closely with non profits who serve the Northeast Florida/Southeast Georgia areas assisting our neighbors who are in need. Some types of security we provide includes: Fire Watch, construction sites , real estate security, associations, mobile patrol, office buildings, retail, schools, CCTV monitoring, access control, and more.

What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?I have always believed in going the extra mile and to stay involved and responding to customers personally.

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?We respond 24 hours a day, we don't only want you to be happy with our service but to be amazed with our service.

What makes your brand stand out in a crowded market? Word of mouth is powerful, I feel that we have build trust in the company and people remember a company that gives great but also remembers the ones who don’t.

How are you incorporating sustainability into your products or services? Activity keeping up with things that can affect customers as well as employees.

What role does customer feedback play in your innovation process? Very important

How are you adapting to e-commerce and digital retail trends? Since we provide a physical presence this trend has a very small impact on security officers but new technology has replaced security officers at some large retail chains.

Can you share a success story related to a recent product launch? Yes, a few months ago we received a call from a construction company that was building a new school. The superintendent wanted reports sent to his email every morning and said that this was a new requirement. We had implemented a electronic reporting system which included pictures, gps tracking, and real time scans etc. They were very happy to have this information which clearly shows that officers were making rounds, checking doors, making sure people stayed out of the construction area and other important information.
