What is your approach to helping clients identify and solve key challenges? Know yourself, like yourself, be true to yourself. Employ a third eye to completely review your operations from reverting all employees to reviewing financials and legal representation.

How do you tailor your coaching or consulting style to different industries? Every industry has its own protocols; however, they all have many things in common.
Corporate Culture comes from the top, so examining the leadership team’s mission and vision is a first step. This is not what is written, but rather what is lived every day in the company. I have conducted leadership coaching and management training in a range of operations from the Army Corps of Engineers to a $20 million automobile operation. Tailoring my practice to meet a business’s specific requirements is one of my strengths.

What are the most common misconceptions about consulting? One of the misconceptions about consulting is that it will solve all your problems.

How do you measure the success of your client engagements? Measuring the success of engagements is whether the client stays in touch after the initial work and if they recommend you.

What trends are influencing the future of consulting and coaching? Again, AI is changing everything. In addition, called the Great Apocalypse, a vast number of businesses are closing or merging. Never in the history of business has this occurred. The number of layoffs is staggering, with locally CSX cutting a thousand jobs and Amazon laying off 16,000 people.

What’s the most rewarding part of your work? The most rewarding part of my work is seeing the power of change at work.

What skills do you think are essential for future consultants or coaches? We often Look but do not see & Hear but do not listen!
It requires a paradigm shift in how we program our approach.
