If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?"Marry the house, date the rate", meaning don't wait for the perfect interest rate to buy the house you really like. You can always refinance later. ALSO: "Pay yourself, not your landlord" Don't waste money on rent that could used to build up equity.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Housing availability is low right now, making this a buyers market. Marketing our services in a unique way to those potential buyers will be more challenging as interest rates are expected to fall into the new year.
