What’s a pressing challenge you face in implementing a strategic plan?: A common pressing challenge in implementing a strategic plan is aligning the team or organization with the plan’s vision and goals. While a strategy may be clear on paper, translating it into daily actions and ensuring everyone understands and supports the vision can be difficult. This involves strong communication, consistent reinforcement of objectives, and possibly overcoming resistance to change, which requires time and sustained effort. Additionally, balancing short-term operational demands with long-term strategic goals can pull resources and focus away from the implementation process.

How has your business changed in the past 12 months?: Big changes with NAR settlement Changing requirements and new learning curves for many.
